🏠 House Rules – 196 Needle Rush This home is located in the Eastern Time Zone, please be mindful during Check In and Check Out times. No parties or events. This is a quiet, residential community. Quiet hours apply in accordance with WindMark HOA guidelines. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Registered guests only. No unapproved visitors or gatherings. No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property. No Pets due to an allergy within the Owner's family. 🚗 Golf Cart Use A golf cart is provided for guest convenience and enjoyment. Golf cart use is limited to the WindMark Beach community only. Drivers must be licensed and follow all posted speed limits and community rules; this is enforced by WindMark Beach Security. The golf cart may not be taken outside of WindMark. Guests are responsible for lost keys an will incur a charge for replacement. Please return the golf cart to its designated parking/charging location after use. Guests are responsible for safe and respectful operation during their stay. 🌴 WindMark HOA Expectations WindMark Beach is a family-friendly residential community with HOA guidelines designed to maintain a peaceful environment for residents and guests. Please observe quiet hours. Be mindful of neighbors, especially in outdoor areas and on porches. No large gatherings, parties, or disruptive behavior. Failure to follow community guidelines may result in loss of golf cart privileges or cancellation of the stay without refund. 🌊 General Notes Please treat the home and community with care. For safety reasons do not open the windows as they may trigger our alarm service.  Report any issues promptly so we can assist. A golf cart is included for guest convenience and may be used within WindMark only. Drivers must be licensed, follow posted speed limits, and comply with all community and HOA guidelines. The golf cart may not be taken outside the neighborhood. WindMark is a residential community with HOA expectations, including quiet hours and respect for neighbors. Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. As with most coastal homes, guests may encounter occasional insects or wildlife, especially outdoors. Parking is available on the property, and smart lock access details will be provided prior to arrival.
